Well it is so nearly here. We are busy with the final preparations, especially on the truck - now fully serviced, full of diesel, water and gas.

Saw the little ringed plover again today. Kate, Ian, Nick and Charlie have bought us a telescope for our 40th and both birthdays. What darlings...Just been to the lakes to use it.

Good to hear how you're getting on, the Griffon looks fantastic (Tick). We are both good, went to Devon for Little Crake & Falcated Duck (Tick / Tick). Leave for LA on Saturday and should be in Barrow, Alaska 47 days later. Much to do in between.
